Apostle Chaney founded Rising to the Top Embassy International in 1998. Her ministry career, to this point, has shown that heaven has gripped her to confront, ignite and give expression to the moves of the Spirit for this and successive seasons in the body of Christ. She has worked in ministry for over 45 years and has had a rich experience in preaching, pastoring, teaching, coaching and training (seminar, prayer, leadership, and worship).

 

She is also a life coach, business consultant, advisor, songwriter and recording artist.  Apostle Sally is an assessment advisor in conjunction with PPM Global Resources, Dr. Paula Price.  Also, she assisted in starting five churches in the Tulsa area.  Apostle Sally is a Counsel member of N.E.A.R. (New Era Apostleship Restitution). N.E.A.R. is a kingdom-driven collaborative designed to do more than network.

 

Dr. Paula Price is her Chief Apostle.  She was commissioned in November 2018 under N.E.A.R. It builds a viable organization of action driven apostolic people committed to linking ideas, commissions, and projects to do what it takes to really establish Christ’s dominion in the earth.  Her church home is Congregation of the Mighty Ecclesia Church (Dr. Paula Price) located in Bixby, Oklahoma.  According to 1 Corinthians 12:28, 29 and Ephesians 4:11 she believes and teaches the Christian church to conform to scripture’s divine order.  This is done by being led and governed first by Christ’s apostles, secondly by His prophets, and thirdly by His teachers.
